Dogs may enjoy social interactions and will either be walked with or cared for alongside other friendly, compatible dogs, unless otherwise requested.

The initial consultation allows us to meet you and your pet, discuss their needs and routines, and address any questions or concerns you may have. It's an opportunity to ensure a comfortable fit between your pet and ourselves.
Absolutely. Your keys and home security are handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. We are trusted professionals that are DBS checked and your privacy and security are paramount. 
In case of an emergency, we will contact you immediately and follow your instructions. If medical attention is required, we will take your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic and notify you promptly.
We are happy to discuss your preferences and your dog's behaviour during our initial consultation. We will follow your instructions and adhere to any local leash laws or safety measures to ensure a positive experience for your dog. Your peace of mind and your pet's safety are of the utmost importance to us.
